At Impact Gaming Center, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gaming apparel and gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the apparel is folded neatly to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
